How do they train in the Marines?
In Marine Corps recruit training, recruits are transformed into the world's most elite fighting force through 13 weeks of rigorous training. Recruits will acquire the knowledge, discipline, teamwork, and fitness level required of a Marine through physical training, classroom instruction, and developing combat skills.
How do Marines get so jacked?
Because both live in a society that puts value in physical conditioning, both usually have time to spare and are given equipment to use. Every Marine base I was ever at had at least one gym. There are PT trails everywhere there can be. Random pull-up bars everywhere.
